Matt joined the Engine Group (then Deep Focus) in 2012. He currently leads the New York creative department as SVP, Executive Creative Director.

For over 15 years, Matt has worked on some of the most famous brands in the world – like HBO, Lay’s, ESPN, NFL and Monopoly, as well as some of the most important ones – like Ronald McDonald House and the Partnership at Drugfree.org. His campaigns, commercials, digital experiences and social content have collected dozens of awards and recognitions from Cannes, The One Show, The Webbys and The Effies, amongst others. Matt has led creative on winning pitches for HBO, Lay’s, Ruffles, eBay, Nestle, Unilever and Jordan Brand.

Matt’s work has been covered by publications ranging from Creativity to Mashable to CNN. In 2016, he served as a mentor at the South by Southwest conference. In 2017, Matt was a presenter and panelist to a livestream audience of 150k at YouTube Studios. He currently serves on the Leading Disruptive Innovation Advisory Board for Rutgers University.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, where he played varsity lacrosse. He later studied advertising and design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Matt resides in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife and three children, where he volunteers as a lacrosse coach.
